Our registered address is Trennick Farm, Trennick Lane, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 1SU. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us on 01872 494 288 or email Hello@TCSW.co.uk.
2. The information we collect
When you use our call back form we collect the details you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your email address (if provided)
- Your preferred call back date and time
- Any information you include in your message
We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data through this website, and we ask that you do not include such information in your message.
3. How we use your information
We use the details you provide solely to:
- Contact you to arrange and make your requested call back
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the guidance you have asked for
- Keep a record of our correspondence where needed to deliver our services
The legal basis for this processing is the consent you give when submitting the form, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have made, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing Hello@TCSW.co.uk.
When you submit an enquiry, your details are sent to us by email over an encrypted connection and, if you provide an email address, an automatic confirmation is sent to you. We do not store your enquiry in any database on this website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. How long we keep your information
Enquiry details are kept only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again. Where an enquiry leads to work being carried out, relevant records are retained in line with our professional, accreditation and legal obligations.
5. Sharing and security
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email and handled only by the TCSW team. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We will only disclose personal data where required by law or by a regulator.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your data
- Data portability, where applicable

7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. This website is deliberately light on cookies:
- Essential / preference storage: we use your browser’s local storage to remember whether you have accepted or declined our cookie notice, so we don’t ask you on every visit. This is strictly necessary storage and holds no personal information.
- No third-party requests: all fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server. Your visit does not send any data to Google, social networks, advertising networks or any other third party.
- No tracking: we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that identify you personally.
You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. The site will continue to work, though your cookie preference will no longer be remembered.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
